Meaning of Secular Nation according to Congress Party

Many works have been done by the Congress Party in India under the tagline of secularism. The term secularism was introduced by the Congress Party and add them in the constitution of India and used by the Congress Party is only for pro-Muslim or anti-Hindu actions. Some of these things are as follows:-

1). Waqf Act :- “Waqf” means the permanent dedication by a person professing Islam, of any movable or immovable property for any purpose recognized by the Muslim law as pious, religious or charitable and includes- Grants, including mushrut-ul-khidmat for any purpose recognised by the Muslim law as pious, religious or charitable. (It is passed by Congress Party, When the Congress Party had divided India into pieces for the Muslims and created a separate Muslim country, Pakistan, then what was the need for Waqf in India which was made only for Muslims? )

2). State Waqf Board :- State Authority according to Waqf Act.

3). Central Waqf Council :- For regulating State Waqf Board

4). Waqf Board got unlimited powers by the amendment of 1995 :- In the year 1995, the Congress government of PV Narasimha Rao amended the Waqf Act 1954 and gave unlimited powers to the Waqf Board by adding new provisions. According to Section 3(r) of the Waqf Act 1995, any property considered sacred, religious or charitable in accordance with Muslim law for any purpose shall become Waqf property. Article 40 of the Waqf Act 1995 says that the Waqf Surveyor and the Waqf Board will decide whose land it is. Actually, there is a surveyor of Waqf Board. He decides which property belongs to Waqf and which does not. There are three grounds for this determination – if someone has transferred his property to Waqf, if any Muslim or Muslim organization has been using the land for a long time or if the survey proves that the land is Waqf property. The big thing is that if your property is declared as Waqf property then you cannot go to court against it. You will have to appeal to the Waqf Board only. 5). All India Muslim Personal Law Board :- These personal laws govern other family matters including marriage, divorce, adoption and inheritance. (It is passed by Congress Party, When the Congress Party had divided India into pieces for the Muslims and created a separate Muslim country, Pakistan, then what was the need for Muslim Personal Law Board in India, Whereas Congress had made India a secular nation, then why Personal Law Board for Muslims??)

6). All India Muslim League :- It was a political party in British India and was the most influential force in the establishment of a Muslim state in the subcontinent. After the partition of India, All India Muslim League was established in India under a new name Indian Union Muslim League. (When the Congress Party had created a separate Muslim country Pakistan by dividing India into pieces for the Muslims, then why did the Congress Party not destroy the Muslim League when its main objective is to establish a Muslim state?)

And many things are happen in India by Congress Party in favor of Muslims and against Hindu under the tagline of secular nation.
