We all know that the syllabus or books of all the schools affiliated to NCERT and CBSE remain the same and before appointing the teachers, their qualifications are recognized whether they are eligible for the children or not, if they are eligible then they are given guidelines. How and what have to happen to the children! That is why the children of NCERT and CBSE boards are intelligent and all have almost equal ability because all those children have studied from the same books!
But when we talk about schools affiliated to MP board, there is no such rule as in NCERT and CBSE board. In schools affiliated to MP Board, the syllabus or books of almost all schools is different from other schools. The qualification of a teacher in a school is post graduate. So in some graduates, in some they even appoint 12th pass. Without knowing the qualifications of the teachers, only by asking the appointed teacher, the subject of his choice is given or the subject of which the teacher is required is asked to study the same.
Talking about affiliated schools with MP Board, then why does the school decide which publisher’s books it has to run in its school? The work that the MP Board should manage has been left to the school by the MP Board and taking advantage of this, the affiliated schools select the publisher of their choice from the MP Board and the books of these publishers are not available in every shop. But their margin is set, only those shops get their books.
I all have to raise our voice against the MP Board so that the MP Board should also either adopt the NCERT guidelines and books, or else its own guidelines and books which should run in all the schools which are affiliated with the MP Board.
