Private schools arranging coaching classes for school teachers.

Today we are living in the 21st century, where we need more than bread, clothes and house, if there is one thing, it is education, much better education, much better education! Since we know that the better the education we have or our next generation will have, the better the future of ours or our generation will be. We go to private schools to fulfill this need or for better education, which give admission to our children in their school by taking very hefty fees and promise to give them very better education and wish for a better future. We do! And we trust the words of these private school people, probably with the hope that private schools will give better education to our children by charging hefty fees.

But after a few days, when we see that our child’s results are not good or are not coming as per our expectation, then instead of complaining in school, we think that our child needs extra time and explain more. That’s why he should get a better teacher to join coaching! Then we ask our child who does well in the class and from which teacher does the coaching come. Then we join the coaching of our child on the same school teacher with the hope that now our child will understand better. After paying hefty fees in school, the coaching teacher also has to pay hefty fees, then we wait for the result and when the result comes, we are happy to see that the child has started understanding. But we do not think that when a child does not understand after being in school in 4 to 5 hours in school, then how can he understand in coaching in just 1 hour, but we do not think so much in front of good results.

Then when the children reach the big class or change the school and their result is not our expectation, then we say that earlier it was good but now it has become weak! But we never check with ourselves that the school in which our child is posted is there :-

1) What is the qualification of the teacher?
2) How does the teacher treat the children?
3) What and how does the teacher affect the children?
4) What and how much homework does the teacher give to the children
5) What are the guidelines for school teachers and children?
6) The teacher does not motivate the children that they should be punished by that teacher?
7) How much focus is the principal on the education of the children?
8) If the child does not understand anything, then is there the facility of extra class in the school?

(Only for those private schools where education is business not religion)
