Fitness refers to a physical health, That allows a person to perform daily activities efficiently. Fit body have energy for leisure pursuits, and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. Fitness have many key components, like strength, endurance, flexibility, balance etc.

A Regular short time exercise is better than occasional hard workouts. Try to aim for at least 30 minutes of exercise or aerobic activities regularly.

Focus on Mobility & Flexibility

Mobility & Flexibility is the range of motion around a joint (e.g., stretching, yoga, mobility drills). Stretching makes your body flaxiblity. Stretch body daily or do yoga to make flexible and prevent injuries. Dynamic warm-ups before workouts, static stretches after.  

Track Progress

Tracking is very important process for our body fitness. Use measurements, progress photos, or strength gains instead of just weight. Now a days too many apps are available to track your fitness.Apps like MyFitnessPal, Fitbit, or Apple Health can help.  

Avoid Overtraining

Overtraining is much harmful for our body. Rest days are crucial for muscle repair. Experts find some sign of overtraining through which you can alert. Signs of overtraining are Fatigue, injuries, mood swings, poor sleep.  

Nutrition

Nutritional diet is very necessary in the period of workout. In a training period with poor diet we can’t exercise. Eat whole foods, limit processed sugars, and control portions.
