It hurts when a politician (like Arvind Kejriwal) motivates to speak English & ignoring official language.

Language is such a boon given to humanity by nature, without which the development of human civilization is not possible at all! The way to convey our feelings to another person by giving our feelings the form of words, which we have got from nature is called language.

Honorable Shri Arvind Kejriwal ji (Chief Minister of Delhi) has started a program under which even the child of the poor will speak fluent English! But why would he speak English, he does not have any official language of his own? Is ability in language or in humans? Why encourage someone to learn some other language when he has an official language of his own which he takes pride in using then why?

English is one of the most powerful language in the world, but how did this language become so powerful that today the world is one of the most spoken languages, why even in our world, you go to any state, most important English language Why will only the speaker get it? People from English speaking countries come to our country and speak in their own language and why is it our compulsion to understand them?

There are 28 states and 8 union territories in our country and so many languages are spoken in them which are probably not counted. Even after being endowed with so many languages, when we go to any other country, we cannot use any language of our country there, we have to use English there or any other foreign language but not Indian language.

Because the British have promoted their language, they have put their language first, they take pride in using their language. But we?

Swami Vivekananda had given a speech in Hindi language in front of the whole world, which may have been understood by very few people, but still his speech got a lot of praise and applause. Because Swamiji had put the capability of his country in front of the British and the ability is not dedicated to any language. Swamiji used Hindi language very proudly and it was promoted by his speech.

When the ability is ours, then why the language of any other country? Honorable Shri Arvind Kejriwal ji, please do give a chance to you people to show your ability and leave the matter of language to them.
