Why does the government not refund the hefty amount of registry fees if the registry of any property is proved to be fake?

Because in today’s time fake registry has become a trend! Wherever we think of taking land or any property, then the first question that comes to mind is whether the land or any property that we want to take will not be fake, whereas every land or property is not registered with any private office. Nor by going to any broker, the registry is done from the government office only from the registrar’s office.

If anyone buys any property, then he has to register that property from the registrar’s office. And when he gives the documents prepared by the advocate for getting the registry done, in which the seller of the property, the buyer of the property and where the property is located, After writing all this information, he applies for the registry! After receiving the application for registry, the process of registry starts, after that the property is registered and the buyer goes home happy.

But the trouble comes when the buyer goes to take possession of his property, then he comes to know that the property which he has registered belongs to someone else and the property he has got done is either somewhere else or someone else’s. It is already done by name, government officials do not interfere on any subject, they do not get any help from the government.

Is it not the responsibility of the government that any buyer has got the registry done and if there is a fraud with that buyer, then the government should verify the fake registry and get the possession of the buyer on that property, if this is not possible. The government should return the hefty fee paid by the buyer for the registry to the buyer.
